Write for families, not for the navigation menu
Visitors arrive with specific questions about classes, curriculum, fees, transport, facilities, admission dates, or contact details. Each important page should answer those questions directly instead of repeating broad claims about excellence.
Use current school photographs and precise descriptions. A short explanation of how a laboratory, library, activity, or support service is used is more helpful than a large gallery with no context.
Make admission and contact actions easy
Keep the admission route visible on mobile, explain the stages, list the documents families should prepare, and state how the school will respond. Contact details should identify the purpose of each channel so admission, accounts, and support questions reach the right team.
Maintain trust after launch
A school website is an operational publication, not a one-time design project. Assign owners for notices, dates, staff information, policies, photographs, and contact details. Remove expired content and verify forms regularly.
